Copy/Cut/Paste - Is available and works for user-6 as Read-only for own data but not available from toolbar - only menu. Is this intentional?

The solution implemented for this complicates the usability unnecessarily and causes inconsistency and duplication.
Please can the Cut, Copy and Paste buttons go onto the Data Manager toolbar between the “New” and “Delete” buttons as shown in the layout - there is plenty of room - see mockup in attached PNG.
Please remove the “Manage the data” menu-submenu item from the top toolbar (between “View selected image” and “Open the Importer”) as shown in mock-up.
