Description

It will be really useful to load the original file
object linked to the

FileAnnotation

when the annotation is retrieved
otherwise it is not really practical to play with client side.
I have a solution for now.

  • Status changed from new to assigned

A general solution to this problem (in which FileAnnotations are always loaded) can't really go in during code freeze. Another possibility would be to modify the IPojo queries to always load those annotations, though this may also be problematic due to the annotation polymorphism. Can you tell me about where particularly this is of importance?

  • Milestone changed from 3.0-Beta3 to 3.0-Beta4

Moving. A workaround is in place on the client-side, and don't want to attempt a change this late in the cycle.

This is now implemented in IMetadata r3624
