Description
Account Settings - Groups: No groups are shown even though I must be a member of at least one.

FAILED - only shows one group even though I am a member of two, Group shown is not even my default group.

Andrew Patterson: Then it need to say that (shows which groups are owned) on the page. It looks like it should be a list of ALL your groups and the button should be visible all the time to tell you the option is there

The ticket priority has been downgraded as the additional functionality of displaying all the groups is not feasible for the 4.4 release.
For further discussion: Having 'my account' group tab support could be one way to help support the permission/group workflow. Groups/user could also be clickable from this page.
