Tree view is updated but image count at end of dataset name is incorrect. Missing on new dataset and unchanged on old dataset (should be reduced by 1). The count on the project is also wrong and was not increases when a new dataset was added. Can be corrected by full refresh of the tree.

Center panel refresh fixed in https://github.com/will-moore/openmicroscopy/commit/5cce46273883e47a9984efd2b7fc448bd63e7fd6
Dataset / Image counts will come later (lower priority, more work).

Splitting due to milestone decoupling.
I will try to address the center panel refresh, but not the counts - will need more time.
