Resurrect adds all images, datasets, etc. as owner_id = 0 (root).

Using r667.

Experimenter is created, but just not used. Stdout/Stderr? show no warnings, etc.

The real bug was fixed in r671 (r672 fixes the lack of default group being set, exposed by not using the experimenter creates).
