Description
User-3 in read-annotate-1 adds a new tag to a picture in user-5's dataset. According to spec, user-3 shouldn't be able to de-annotate (similar inconsistency as in Web UI). The "-" sign at the Tag is grayed out, yet tag removal is possible.
