Store image Format when importing data

Description

Remove hard coded value when importing the image.
Important to have the real type of file for later reuse
i.e. searching facility.

Need to update the data already imported.

I suggest we use these. This is a list of existing file types supported by bio-formats. At the current time, formats we do not support have a # at the front.
