Description
I could stretch and reposition lines and polylines using the nodes. Although the changes weren't saved the behaviour was different to ellipses, rectangles and points which could not be resized or moved.

We decided to only allow owner to move ROI. Do we want to change that if user can edit then he/she can move (could create problem!) See comment above from Roger.
