Logged in as user-6 read-only-1 - viewing user-2 read-only-1 data. Click checkbox for "preview " in ROI viewing pop-up - some thumbnails missing form column. See screenshot.

Is this reproducible for particular images? It looks like a one-off / slow loading / timeout??

4/6/12 Retested and seems to be behaving well now - quick load of preview images and all there. Probably was connection related.
