Several issues have arisen with the new security system which have left details nulled. A couple of workarounds have been put in place which should be reviewed:
It may well be possible to prevent the use of SqlAction by preloading group permissions.

This has undergone extensive changes, especially regarding #9505. Admittedly this code is now QUITE complicated and could use a refactoring, but at the moment, there is little that could be changed without a wholly different security system.
