Resurrect popup stays buried on Linux.

Description 

Linux: Ubuntu 5.10
Gnome: 2.12
Eclipse: 3.2.0 (I20060419-1640)

On launching resurrect with Eclipse:Run...-> etc. initialization takes place, console shows output, but then things stop. One has to manually minimize all windows to find the bottom of the stack, where the little popup is patiently waiting for input. Weird.

#63 may solve this problem. I'm not sure of the Eclipse/GTK/Ubuntu/OS/etc. problems that may be playing a role here.
