Description
As user-5 on user-6's image in read-annotate-1 group. Created 5 ROIs (start). Selected one ROI and hit "del" key (del). The ROI is removed from the image and ROI list; however, hitting the "save" icon results in it reappearing in both places. Using the context menu on the image allowed the ROI to be removed (contextdel). However, while removed from the ROI list, the selection is still present on the image; unclear if the ROI itself is still shown; but hitting "save" does result in proper removal of the ROI (contextdel-success).

The solution put in place can lead to some strange behaviours. Reopening
