Description
Working as - user-2 private-1 creating new P/D
When I first opened the Project pane the button to create a new Project or Dataset was greyed out and inactive (InsightIcons1.jpg). By closing and opening the group tree once I could enable the button. By closing and then opening the Project pane I could disable it again. By closing and opening the user tree twice I could enable it (once wasn't enough!). However, in this second case other buttons were also enabled (InsightIcons2.jpg)
