Bug: images not shown in table view ie 8

Images not appearing in table view at all so cannot click on them. This has been further tested on safari on mac and safari on windows xp machine.

I've made a commit which I hope will fix this - but I can't test on IE from home. https://github.com/will-moore/openmicroscopy/commit/55daecc996309c36289ff5fdd4c19e59c3ec8f56

tested with build OMERO-merge-green/94/artifact/src/target/ can confirm table view is now shown.
