Eliminate duplicate test_images_good directory

Description

The official test_images_good is in /ome/data_repo/; however, there is also a test_images_good in /ome/data_repo/from_skyking/ (which is what Hudson is currently pointed at, as the official directory is missing necessary configuration files).

It would be best to remove /ome/data_repo/from_skyking/test_images_good, add the relevant configuration files to /ome/data_repo/test_images_good, and update the Hudson job(s) accordingly.
