Description

See attached images.

Import is now very fast (under a minute, rather than nearly a day). However, the images look badly corrupted.

Fixed with: https://github.com/aleksandra-tarkowska/openmicroscopy/commit/878b86bf92fbda4b6676edad83ed8eb55288a599

This means that import time is now much longer, but there really isn't much that we can do about that at the moment.

I can confirm that this is fixed with the revert.
