Description
After adding images to the basket, clicking the Discussion button doesn't do anything, while clicking the Share button gives a 404.

On BP with the newest (OMERO.web 4.4.0-RC1-212-1f3c870-ice33-b107) build, discussions still give a 404.

Related to OMERO.web deployed under /omero/ on bp.openmicroscopy.org.uk. The request is made for a resource under http://bp.openmicroscopy.org.uk/webclient/basket/todiscuss/, which doesn't work.
The discussion button uses onclick="makeDiscussion();, which might suggest a missing base URL (cf. the share button and it's onclick event action).
