RFE: Add "Send feedback" option to OMERO.web

Description
The "Help" menu of insight has a "send feedback" option which opens up a form for sending comments to QA. Something similar should be available in web. Similarly, I couldn't find anywhere which told me the version number of web. Perhaps an "About" item as well?
