Description
Using Mac Os 10.6.8 Insight against gretzky (b3022) as user-2 in private-1 and following TestingScenario? 7. Annotate Images. Step a is okay but step b (selecting two or more images and then adding a comment) causes the exception below when the save icon is clicked.

On logging back in I noticed the first of the two images had the comment attached (and its tree-view icon and thumbnail had the annotation symbol) that caused the above exception. The second image was uncommented.
Trying again with four images gave the same result, an exception when trying to save the comment. Then when logging in again the first of the four images had the comment, the other three didn't. In this case the its tree-view icon and thumbnail did not show that there was an annotation present for the image with the comment.

Scenario 8, adding a file attachment to multiple images exhibits the same behaviour as above: exception when uploading then file attached only to first image.
