Bug: Windows exe using an evaluation copy of exe4j

Description

Downloaded and ran the latest merge-green build.
OMERO.insight-4.4.0-RC2-105-4e97e97-ice33-b113-win.zip

Running OMERO.insight.exe, the first thing I see is the message "exe4j: This executable was created with an evaluation version of exe4j", which is not very user friendly.

That message may appear based on where the builds are built. We don't have exe4j licenses on all of our hudson machines. If you could re-test with the builds from master (i.e. the official OMERO-trunk build), I'd appreciate it.

It's fine on the master build of OMERO.insight (​http://hudson.openmicroscopy.org.uk/job/OMERO-trunk/)
