Description (last modified by jmoore)
In order to support our own file formats (OME-XML/TIFF) it's critical to provide a service which allows the simple download of data stored in OMERO.
From Paris, 2008:
- file-based! because of firewalls. no omero.
- how deep do you want to go in the graph?
- pruning a web. at which level it stops?
From Paris, 2009:
- OME-Tiff: everywhere (incl. web)
- What happens to annotations/pdfs/...? Option prompt when exporting image to ome.tiff.
