insight should import to chosen dataset

Description

If a dataset is chosen in the UI, then that should be the suggested location for the import rather than "from folder".

This is already the case, when the importer is opened from the right-click menu.
When the importer is opened from the toolbar, the "generic" view is displayed.
We had discussion with users, and it was more natural to have the "New From Folder" selected in that case.
