Add patches/modifications to ice formula for 3.4.2 www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=165702

Check formula compiles with clang & gcc under Mac OSX 10.6,10.7 (10.8?)

Added zeroc patch to ome/alt formula ​https://github.com/ome/homebrew-alt/pull/8

Tested installation under 10.7.4
