Support metadata writing in bfsave

Description
The current implementation of bfsave (#4112) takes pixels data and dimension order as an input.
However, no extra metadata can be passed to the function. Thus the user has to modify the function himself to be able to write metadata to OME-TIFF.
We should implement a scheme for passing metadata parameters, e.g. as parameter/value paris as well as mapping for converting metadata values.
