Description
For some cameras, Metamorph is saving multi-wavelength planes side by side along the X dimension. A dataset example is available under data_repo/from_skyking/metamorph/sebastien-besson/new/.
Ideally, we would like to accurately read the channel size and the planes for this data.

Should all be sorted with https://github.com/melissalinkert/bioformats/commit/a1127bea603f369e7480fb7f15eece3b6f3e594a on my sprint1.2-bug-fixes branch.
Sebastien, can you please build from that branch and just double-check that the result matches what you expect? The strategy is to check for a channel name of "Both lasers" and assume that that means two side-by-side channels.
