Description
- The use of search is a key feature for those apart from Sarah using the system these being Mike and Angus first.
- The expectation from Sarah of the other users who use the system that on entering a search term all the relevant terms are returned i.e.
- Angus might search on the term 'Crieff'
- The expectation then would be the search results returned would be across image names, tags and anything else with that search term.
This raises a couple of questions in how to request and present the search requests.

Removing this from #8082 as that story should be closed rather than become a perpetual story! Is there a story this can be linked to?

Will, is there anything here in the way of requirements that we don't have elsewhere? If so, can we make this more specific, like "search over names/tags/all". If not, let's just close.
