Bug: OMERO.web does not support shapes which span entire stack or timepoint

Description
In the OME model when a Shape's theZ or theT property is null, the Shape is assumed to be on all sections or all timepoints respectively. Currently OMERO.web assumes that theZ and theT are always present, resulting in exceptions such as:
