Description
stdout and stderr of all scripts is currently captured but not sent back to the server (as OriginalFiles). They should be (possibly when so configured).

r2395 has an initial implementation of uploading stdout/stderr. These values need to be attached via an "JobOriginalFileLink?".

r2396 closes. No getStdoutId() etc. added. Instead the values are returned through the getResults() RMap. User can override the value by writing another OriginalFile value (or something else) to the "stdout" or "stderr" key in the output map.

r2398 allows setting the Format for the files.
