Force processors to authenticate

Description

To prevent unauthorized users within the firewall each processor should authenticate itself to the server with user/password or a shared token. Eventually the user name could be used to send only jobs belonging to a single user to a given processor.

As discussed in this ​ZeroC forum thread, currently IceGrid does not provide a means of doing what we want to do.

Instead, we will need to provide a method which all processors call on startup. This is #983.

Closing this ticket since securing against unauthorized processors has been documented under OmeroGrid.
