Thumbs -> table layout

Description
We currently use two html pages etc to display thumbnails as icons vv table layout. Therefore we duplicate all selection code etc, as well as loading data again when switching from icon to table view. Also, when we add filtering (by image name etc) to the icon page, this will be duplicated with the table page etc.
Solution is to use a single page for icons AND table view, switching between them using CSS change.
