Standalone JPA-Enviroment for Testing

Description

To make sure, that all classes remain testable, we have to provide a standalone-persistence-manager that is integrated with tests.

  • Provide a TestNG-superclass for setting up the Persistence context.
  • Provide injections for the persistence-context.
  • Provide an example for testing out-of-container and in-container classes.

See #93 - the configuration for the example already comes with an example for a standalone configuration. We can close this Task, once we have merged this example with the test-cases for the real build.

Too many dependencies on Hibernate. We'll be sticking with Hibernate.
