RFE: Cross-group Search

Since we have used omero.group: '-1' by default, search is now "cross group". This works OK but since we don't allow cross-group loading of the right-hand panel (because of #9505 - see comment:8) we get 404 errors when clicking on search results from other groups.
Actions:
- For now, turn off cross-group searching
- Once #9505 is fixed, we can make the right-hand panel omero.group:-1
Need to handle results nicely:
- Objects should indicate which groups they are in (similar to Owner)
- Need to disable some actions: E.g. run a script from search results (from different groups), batch annotate etc.
- Probably should also give the use the option of restricting the search to current group (use field in search form).

This turns off cross-group search. Waiting on #9505 and discussion with JM before turning on again.

Right-hand panel omero.group:-1 is in https://github.com/openmicroscopy/openmicroscopy/pull/342.
However, we are not ready to turn on cross-group search (see description) so pushing this for now.

Implemented during work on Search 5.0.x
Closing
A similar approach was followed by insight i.e. search in all my groups but during the 4.4.0 too many problems showed up (security violation)
The clients are not "ready" for that. We should not allow "cross group" search as part of 4.4.x series.
