These files have been moved to sysadmin but both seem to consist of random lists of problems and issues. The content needs reviewing and anything important putting in the relevant places in the documentation subsections (users/devs/sysadmins).

Pushing since the limitations page is usable at is stands. I'll review it and see if I can remove anything that's too scary for 4.4.4.

I ended up leaving them as two separate pages but have tried to make the content difference clear between the two.
