Add developers documentation to sphinx build

Description

As discussed in ​https://www.openmicroscopy.org/site/community/minutes/conference-calls/2012/2012-08-28-tuesday-meeting, developers documentation should be included in 4.3.3 docs.

Immediate tasks are:

  • add developers documentation to the sphinx build (conf.py)
  • fix compilation warnings (labels & page references mostly)
  • redirect all wiki links in users documentation (:wiki:) to the corresponding developers documentation pages
