Add notification support to OmeroSessions

Description

For blitz clients, notifications should be added to all OmeroSessions so that clients can be informed of:

  • Other clients joining the sessions
  • Changes to data in the other sessions
  • Job success
  • Added analysis results
  • Changes to in-memory (shared) state
