Description
Currently when you zoom in on an image in the web image viewer, the top-left corner of the image stays put and the image expands out from there. This means that if you're looking at the center or bottom-right of the image, then your point of reference moves (and can easily scroll out of the viewport).
Ideally the zoom would center on the mouse pointer, but even if it centered on the middle of the image, this would be a big improvement.
