BUG: render_ome_tiff can produce too large filenames

Description

The name used on webgateway.views.render_ome_tiff uses img.getName() which might be too large.

Ext2/3/4 is limited to 255 bytes for filenames, NTFS and HFS+ to 255 UTF16 chars (to list the most common FS).
