All method additions to ome.api.* interfaces must also be defined in blitz/resources/omero/API.ice

Description

r2364 adds method to IRenderingSettings but not to API.ice. Jean-Marie, wanna give it a swing? We all have to keep these in sync, otherwise blitz will not start.
