Description

While testing #9634, I noticed that the wrong message is returned to the user.
When the newly added roi is deleted, it is indicated that the delete action failed even if the object is deleted.

To test follow step described in #9634, and delete the newly added roi (saved to server first)

Retested to see status of delete error as described.

User-5 cannot delete newly added ROI by using X button - greyed out and delete key/menu don't work.

Right-clicking on the shape in the ROI inspector gives a delete option and this does work.

To be reviewed as part of ROI tools review.
