BUG: image.simpleMarshal throws exc without valid pixels

Description
As a side effect of https://github.com/openmicroscopy/openmicroscopy/commit/67c9e7361636839b42550fd4f65ee73e223472b6 an image without pixels (and thus getSizeX|Y returns null) will throw an exception on image.simpleMarshal, which is called from dataset.listChildren and webgateway.views.listImages_json, both calls failing.
A simple try block will fix this
