Permit piping stdout|stderr to stdin of scripts

It may be of use if the Job class had OriginalFile typed fields: stdin, stdout, stderr which could allow more effective piping of information (without using the server's memory). This is related to #942 and #944.

Include possibly a "config" field: #1673
