You may also have a look at Agilo extensions to the ticket.
Looked at this today but am now wondering if the page is totally out of date anyway. The exporting-figures tutorial for OMERO.insight has a screenshot at the top which shows 'Make Movie' as an option but this page talks about having to use a script using mencoder (which is probably why it ended up in the sysadmin section in the first place) and is really not user-friendly!
