Description
Adding a "Edit on Github" banner/tag/link/etc to each page would allow the community to help us improve our documentation. Possibilities include:

You may also have a look at Agilo extensions to the ticket.
Adding a 'show on github' would also allow users to see the commit history for the page for when it was last updated. Douglas was wondering if we could add this. https://gist.github.com/mgedmin/6052926 may provide the solution (example of this in use - https://pip.readthedocs.org/en/latest/).
