Bug: All multi-series files: Tiles fetched from wrong image series with FS

Description (last modified by rleigh)
See attached images.
Using test_images_good/andor/MF-2CH-Z-T.tif [MF-2CH-Z-T.tif]
[Multiple image series]
The first image series can be viewed in z and t.
All subsequent series have correct thumbnails and can be opened, and initally show a correct image plane. However, changing the z or t position retrieves the plane from series 0, rather than the current series.
Current assigned to Insight, but might be a reader bug, so copying Melissa.
This has been reproduced for several other formats, including lsm and visitech. It appears to apply for all images with multiple series, in which case series 0 is OK, but any attempt to change planes for series > 0 will fetch the plane from series 0 where possible, or fail if the corresponding plane is not in series 0.

Also affects bug images. In the attached screenshot(test_images_good/leica-scn/scott/ImageCollection_0000000418_2010-10-27 13_31_31Z.scn [image_0000001426 (R1)]), we have opened the big image which is series 1, but the actual data is from series 0. Notice that the overview on the bottom right is completely different than the image!

I can duplicate this in Insight, but the very same images look correct in web which makes me think that this is an Insight bug and not a reader bug.
Roger, I assume the Leica SCN files look OK in web as well?

Yes, this does look OK in the web (other than scaling issues for subresolutions, which affect both clients). The webclient does appear to be fetching the correct tiles for SCN images.
