Description

Currently only a single IceGrid? configuration is being shipped. In some cases (re: security, etc.) this will not be enough. Provide several example OmeroGrid configurations ("applications") and instructions on using them or creating new ones.

Added some documentation to OmeroGrid. More to come. Will also be rearranging etc/* files to make them more obvious to the user.

Various commits between r2415 and r2427 make the deployment configurable (i.e. replaces bash scripts). Documentation updated.
