BUG: Import - Multiple imports running as same time

Description
Multiple imports running as same time resulted in a bit of a mess. Lots for failures, requests to reconnect, then duplicate imports and some datasets in wrong location. Also the counts in the import report are wrong.

Could you indicate how you trigger the problem?

Queued several imports, some folder, sole single file. Cannot repeat with 4.4.5 release.
