BUG:Editor - re-open file and add text

Description
Downloaded OMERO.Insight 4.4.4 from the webpage, logged in as user-3 on howe. Opened Editor, created a Protocol file, saved it on server. Then opened the "Attachments" tab and opened the saved file with double-clidk. In editor, I added more text. Then saved again. Re-opened - error message followed (see squig, screenshots/Petr/15-10-12/BUG editor.
