BUG Insight as Plugin for ImageJ

Description
Downloaded a fresh version from NIH webpage. (Image J 1.46). It does not have loci_tools.jar in the plugins folder. Downloaded OMERO.insight-ij-4.4.4-ice33-b3099 from OME webpage (also done today). Copied OMERO.insight-ij-4.4.4-ice33-b3099 into the Plugins folder of Image J (it was unzipped already). Started ImageJ. Went Plugins-OMERO-Connect to OMERO. OMERO.Insight login page appeared, but it is hanging (no progress on the progress bar).
If the loci_tools.jar is put into the Plugins folder, then ImageJ start - Plugins-OMERO-Connect to OMERO and logging in brings up Insight well.
