Seen with: JPEG and JPEG2000

The pyramids are generated, but these are *not* pyramids; they are just chunks of the top-left corner of the full-sized image! See attached screenshots.

Tested as part of the QA image import testing on 13/11/2012. JPEG and JPEG2000 work fine now (especially the 8k x 8k images). Fixed in #9871. See also
