Description
Downloaded ImageJ,
Downloaded from Hudson OMERO.insight-ij-4.4.4-91-c87ad55-dirty-ice33-b28.
Downloaded loci_tools.jar from http://loci.wisc.edu/bio-formats/downloads (4.4.4 stable release).
Put OMERO.insight-ij-4.4.4-91-c87ad55-dirty-ice33-b28 and loci_tools.jar into Plugins folder of ImageJ.
When opening a 3-channel image (for example test_images_good/avi/Level001-ES-083.avi) which originally displays in colors (in OMERO.Insight, but also in OMERO.Insight-ij in the thumbnails), the image when opened via OMERO.Insight-ij using "open in ImageJ" command, the image will open as grayscale (default settings in ImageJ are on "Grayscale" and can be switched to "Composite" - if you know how and where to do it. When using Bioformats Importer, this image appears in colour the first time after import.
